Programs of care
At Angel’s Touch, we developed our progressive assisted living
and comprehensive levels of care to ensure that your loved one receives
continuous support--and every resource our facility has to offer to make
life comfortable and enjoyable.
Assisted Living- Level One
The Angel’s Touch assisted living program supports people who need
supervision as well as help with personal care. Our progressive levels
of care enable residents to function well in a variety of activities despite
their increasing need for assistance. Our program includes:
• A custom care plan designed for each resident
• 24-hour trained professional staff on site
• Private or semiprivate rooms
• Private or semiprivate bathrooms with accessible fixtures
• Convenient bathing and showering areas with a variety of bathing
equipment for differing needs
• Access to multipurpose rooms, sitting areas, activity rooms, outdoor
gardens, and decks
• Three nutritional meals a day that accommodate special dietary
needs plus healthy snacks
• Housekeeping and maintenance services
• Use of washer and dryers by residents or family members
• Aid with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assistance with medication administration
• Participation in our activity program, including music, art, and
exercise
• Involvement in supervised, familiar daily tasks
• A state-of-the-art security system
Comprehensive Care--Levels Two and Three
Our comprehensive care program provides care for residents who have complications
resulting from paralysis, chronic illness, or dementia. Our higher level
of staffing ensures your loved one receives the individual attention that
he or she needs. Comprehensive care residents can receive these services
in comfortable, familiar surroundings—without the stress of relocating.
Our program of care includes:
• 24-hour trained professional staff on site
• A care plan custom-designed for each resident
• Assistance in administering medication
• Supplemental oxygen coordination
• Wound care coordination and monitoring
• Hospice care coordination for terminally ill residents
• Assistance with self-feeding
• Private or semiprivate rooms
• Private or semiprivate bathrooms with accessible fixtures
• Convenient bathing and showering areas with a variety of bathing
equipment for differing needs
• Help with continence or ostomy care
• Access to multipurpose rooms, sitting areas, activity rooms, outdoor
gardens, and decks
• Three nutritional meals a day that accommodate special dietary
needs plus healthy snacks
• Aid with all personal care services including bathing, grooming,
and dressing
• Regular walking programs for mobile residents; flexibility exercises
for those confined to wheelchairs
• Participation in programs tailored to each resident’s cognitive
and functional abilities
• Housekeeping and maintenance services
• A state-of-the-art security system
